In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients, helping them understand their policies, navigate coverage options, and receive the responsive service they deserve. This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual professional who is passionate about helping people and building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding their insurance policies and service needs Communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients, both verbally and in writing Assist clients with policy inquiries, coverage questions, billing issues, and policy changes Process policy updates, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner Coordinate with insurance carriers and internal departments to resolve client issues Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the agency management system Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been fully addressed Educate clients on available products and coverage options to ensure they are properly protected Support the sales team by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities during service interactions Adhere to all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications Fluency in both Spanish and English — reading, writing, and speaking at a professional level (required) High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn agency management software Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Positive, professional demeanor with a genuine commitment to client satisfaction Preferred Qualifications Active state insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health) or willingness to obtain Prior experience in an insurance agency or brokerage setting Experience with agency management systems (Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar) Familiarity with personal lines, commercial lines, or life/health insurance products Schedule & Compensation Full-time position: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM All major holidays observed — no weekend or holiday work required Competitive salary commensurate with experience Ongoing training and support for professional development and licensing
