Position Overview As a Pack & Ship Associate, customer service is our top priority . You will be the face of the business, interacting with clients, answering inquiries professionally, and ensuring their valuable items are handled with the highest level of care. This role blends hands-on packaging logistics with retail customer service, requiring a balanced mix of technical problem-solving and people skills.

Key Responsibilities Customer Excellence:

Greet customers warmly, assess their shipping or packing needs, and provide clear information on carrier options (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, LTL Service).

Package Construction:

Build custom boxes, crates, and specialized packaging structures for fragile, heavy, or uniquely shaped items.

Shipping Logistics:

Weigh, measure, process, and label outgoing shipments accurately using Postal Mate shipping software.

Inventory Control:

Monitor packaging supply levels (boxes, tape, bubble wrap) and assist with restocking. Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently handle retail transactions, process payments, and assist in other areas as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements Mechanical Aptitude:

Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools, box-sizing tools, and manual packaging equipment efficiently.

Driver's License:

Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. We are a Penske Rental Agent this requirement is a must.

Customer Focus:

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor when assisting clients.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs regularly throughout the day.

Basic Tech Skills:
