Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing distribution team at our new warehouse facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can adapt quickly as priorities shift throughout the day. As the key connection between our customers, sales team, and warehouse staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and customer expectations are exceeded. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Order entry, maintenance and follow up. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution. Maintain open and effective communication with the sales team and warehouse staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Manage frequent order changes, revisions, and special requests with urgency and accuracy. Think on your feet to identify solutions and implement corrective actions when challenges arise. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve shipping, inventory, and order discrepancies. Proactively communicate delays, changes, or issues to customers and internal teams. Monitor orders from entry through shipment to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with both office and warehouse teams. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Positive attitude and willingness to adapt as business needs evolve. Pay:
$43,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
