A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT
As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Nucar, you will actively assist our customers in purchasing or leasing their next new or used vehicle. You are eager and driven but most of all you are ethical and honest. You excel at following a clear process and enjoy ongoing training and learning. You love meeting new people and make personal connections easily. With your friendly and helpful demeanor, you greet customers who enter the dealership showroom. You are a good communicator, and are able to accurately review and explain the features and benefits of each vehicle. You are a good listener and problem solver who asks the right questions and finds solutions to customers' needs. You thrive working in a TEAM environment, and appreciate a supportive Management Team that is invested in your long term success! Focuses on customer service and product knowledge Emphasis on long-term value and repeat/referral business Use of personal branding to engage customers Consultative Selling, using active listening to match vehicles to customers needs Proactively prospecting via the CRM and service department rather than waiting for the "walk-in" customer Utilize the "steps of the sale" selling process Customer first attitude, and able to work in a team environment Work-Life Balance, we offer a 40-45 hour work week (2 days off) Provide access to advanced CRM software (drivecentric), and support for building their personal brand along with the Nucar brand on social media to generate organic leads Various leadership development programs and potential opportunities Competitive Compensation Structure Base Pay (no draw) plus Tiered Commission Volume and CSI Bonuses Opportunity to earn additional income from Chevrolet We also offer generous benefits, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company contribution, paid sick time, paid vacation, company-paid life insurance, and paid training.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Acceptable driving record Basic computer skills Commitment to learning Accurately and clearly communicate with people Demonstrate basic Sales proclivity Any sales, hospitality, or customer relations experience is helpful, but not required - we will provide the right candidates with a training path!
