Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their orders, handling transactions, and ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections. Operate the POS system and cash register accurately to process transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area and restaurant. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
