We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy operations team in Baltimore and work 10AM-6PM with some weekend shifts as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service and administrative work but doesn't want to sit behind a desk doing the same thing all day.

In this role, you'll combine data entry, documentation, record review, vehicle inspections, photography, inventory tracking, and communication to ensure vehicles entering the facility are accurately documented and processed.

You'll be part of a structured, team-oriented operation where accuracy matters, reliability is valued, and there is opportunity to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities.
