Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, scheduling services, providing estimates, and ensuring a smooth workflow between customers and technicians. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs Recommend services (window tint, PPF, detailing, ceramic coating, etc.) Provide accurate pricing and service timelines Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow Communicate updates with customers throughout the service process Handle phone calls, messages, and walk-ins professionally Upsell services and packages when appropriate Maintain customer records and invoices Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion Requirements Previous experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred Strong communication and sales skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of cars and aftermarket services is a plus Professional attitude and appearance Familiar with POS systems and scheduling tools What We Offer Competitive pay (Hourly + Commission opportunities) Growth opportunities within the company Friendly and energetic work environment Employee discounts on services
