POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Junior Client Service Advisor to provide day-to-day operational and client service support to an advisory team and their clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in financial services who understands basic investment and retirement concepts and wants to build a career in wealth management. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling administrative and financial service responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Service & Account Administration

  • Provide day-to-day client service and administrative support.
  • Assist with opening and maintaining client accounts.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other account transactions.
  • Respond to client requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation. Custodian & Financial Operations
  • Work with custodians, retirement plan carriers, and financial service platforms.
  • Support account administration through platforms such as Fidelity and Charles Schwab.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including checks and time-sensitive documents.
  • Prepare checks for deposit and ensure financial documents are processed accurately and securely.
  • Gather account statements and financial records for clients, advisors, and outside accountants. Reporting & Administrative Support
  • Print, organize, and distribute client reports and account documentation.
  • Assist with operational and administrative projects as needed.
  • Learn and develop expertise in the firm's client service processes and financial operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, investment operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Basic understanding of financial products such as mutual funds, IRAs, brokerage accounts, and retirement plans.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Professional communication style with a strong client-service mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
  • Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new financial systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred but not required.
