What You'll Do as an AT&T Wireless Associate Represent AT&T products and services with professionalism, confidence, and a customer-first approach. Connect with customers to understand their needs and recommend personalized solutions that fit their lifestyle. Clearly explain product features, promotions, and service options to help customers make informed decisions. Guide customers through the enrollment, account setup, and activation process while ensuring a seamless experience. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service before, during, and after each interaction. Accurately document customer information and follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals while contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. What We're Looking For in an AT&T Wireless Associate High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
