We invest in your success Commission Opportunities Schedule HVAC System Replacement estimate- $50 if scheduled to our standard and sells after the fact. HVAC System Replacement unsold estimate outreach: $300 per sale Booking inbound direct leads (Angi leads, yelp leads, etc): bonus based off booking percentage Unsold estimate outreach for all maintenance/service jobs ran by techs: $30 per booked appointment. Very long list!

Review outreach:

$20 per review collected. Endless list! What You'll Do Spend the majority of your day making outbound calls and some inbound calls.
