Reptilian Arts is a small, fast-growing company and a leading provider of pet supplies, specializing in reptiles and feeder insects. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to reptile owners, breeders, and enthusiasts across the country.
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented customer service specialist to provide 5-star customer support.
What you will do:
Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner. Respond to customer emails and messages. Resolve and record order issues. Assist with customer accounts and sales. Monitor customer satisfaction levels, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement. Monitor and track product and shipping issues. Analyze data and provide actionable insights and feedback. Assist with shipping and orders when needed.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to demonstrate patience and professionalism in dealing with customers. Functional knowledge of the Google Workspace suite. Functional knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365. Ability to utlizing standard office equipment (computers, telephones, printers.) Ability to perform routine mathematical calculations. Must be able to work with reptiles and insects. Previous experience working with animals or shipping prefered.
