Job Description

Job Summary Our small, client-focused wealth management practice is looking to add a full-time, in-office team member who enjoys working directly with clients, maintains client relationships and experience, and keeping the office running smoothly. This is a hands-on, client-service position. You'll work closely with our advisory team to support clients through key parts of their financial lives — RMDs, annuities, life insurance, and day-to-day account service. You'll also help keep the office organized and functioning well, so a flexible, "whatever needs doing" mindset is important.

This role suits someone looking for a stable, long-term position on a close-knit team rather than a fast-track career path — our small size means limited upward mobility, but it also means real variety, direct client relationships, and a team where your contributions are visible every day. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests Assist with required minimum distributions (RMDs), annuity servicing, and life insurance paperwork Prepare and process client documents and account forms Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person regarding account needs Support scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative functions Pitch in on office tasks and cover for teammates as needed — we're a small team and help each other out Experience A background in financial services preferred (wealth management, insurance, or banking experience is a plus) Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable multitasking and shifting priorities throughout the day Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable A team player who's happy contributing to a stable, steady environment rather than seeking rapid advancement Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams; familiarity with CRM systems a plus Join us in delivering exceptional wealth management services by leveraging your project management expertise, technical skills, and passion for client success!
