Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information Automotive Service Advisor experience is required Previous automotive dealership experience strongly preferred Must be available to work Saturday's Positive & Friendly Attitude Interpersonal Communication skills Basic computer skills Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience Ability to achieve targeted goals High School Diploma or equivalent Must have a Valid Driver's License The compensation range reasonably expected for this position is $60'000-$100'000 /a year based on performance.
