Salary Range:

$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Residency in or near the Hagerstown area to facilitate local client engagement. Responsibilities Conduct thorough insurance reviews to ensure our neighbors have the right protection for their homes, vehicles, and futures. Build and nurture local professional networks to help grow our footprint in Hagerstown. Explain complex policy details in simple, easy-to-understand language for every client. Manage incoming customer inquiries with a focus on resolving concerns quickly and kindly. Collaborate with the rest of the agency team to streamline our service processes. Stay updated on product changes and industry shifts to maintain the high standard of advice our clients expect.
