Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking friendly problem solvers who know that being the voice of the company is more than just answering a few questions. In this role, you will monitor daily accounts payable operations, resolve payment discrepancies, and assist both internal teams and external suppliers. The ideal candidate will have Excel skills and prior experience supporting members of a large healthcare organization. Responsibilities Monitor and distribute customer emails from a centralized inbox and oversee reporting for the CenturyLink ACD phone system. Monitor 3-way matching purchase orders, track match exceptions, and oversee daily work to ensure accounts payable targets are met. Assist internal and external customers with inquiries, and guide suppliers through invoice submission and payment processes. Research and resolve payment discrepancies and assist management with escalated supplier issues. Skills 3-5 years of related accounts payable and healthcare member experience. Proficiency in Excel, specifically utilizing V-lookups and pivot tables. Experience utilizing HPChats; Oracle ERP system experience is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented and comfortable navigating a large organization.

salary:

$27.99 - $28 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5
