We're a customer service operation based in Hyattsville, supporting clients across sectors including retail, utilities, healthcare, and financial services. Our team handles thousands of inbound calls each week, helping customers get the answers and support they need, and we take real pride in doing it well. We're now expanding and hiring Inbound Call Center Agents to join us on-site in Hyattsville. This is an entry-level, full-time role for people who want to build long-term skills in customer service and communication, no prior call center experience required._ Full training is provided from day one. _ Your day on the headset No two calls are the same, but here's what you can expect to be doing: Answering incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner Assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and account-related questions Accurately processing payments and updating customer information Troubleshooting basic issues and providing clear, helpful solutions Documenting call details and customer interactions in the system Escalating more complex issues to the appropriate department when needed Working closely with your team to meet service goals and keep things running smoothly You'll spend most of your day on the phones at your workstation, so it's a good fit for someone who enjoys conversation and thrives in a steady, fast-paced environment.
