      regexpropertymanagement/ Job Description RegEx Property Management is looking for a dependable, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is an important part of our day-to-day operations and focuses primarily on tenant communication, account follow-up, payment tracking, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, communicates clearly, stays organized, and can be friendly while remaining firm when handling sensitive financial conversations. Primary Responsibilities

      • Contact tenants regarding outstanding rent balances through phone calls, text messages, email, and tenant portals.
      • Maintain accurate records of tenant conversations, including:
      • Expected payment dates
      • Promised payment amounts
      • Payment arrangements
      • Follow-up dates
      • Monitor tenant accounts and follow up when promised payments are not received.
      • Provide the manager with accurate and timely updates regarding tenant balances and payment commitments.
      • Upload Baltimore City water bills to the appropriate tenant accounts and portals.
      • Process and make water bill payments through the Baltimore City payment system as directed.
      • Maintain organized records and ensure tenant account information is kept accurate and up to date.
      • Assist with general administrative tasks and other responsibilities as needed.
      • Communicate professionally with tenants, management, vendors, and members of the team. Job Requirements The ideal candidate is:
      • Friendly, professional, and confident when communicating with others.
      • Comfortable having conversations about past-due balances and payments.
      • Able to remain polite and respectful while also being firm and consistent.
      • Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups without losing track of details.
      • Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
      • A strong written and verbal communicator.
      • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
      • Experienced with managing schedules, deadlines, and multiple priorities.
      • Detail-oriented, especially when working with financial information.
      • Comfortable learning and using online portals and computer-based systems. Preferred Qualifications
      • Previous experience in property management, leasing, collections, customer service, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
      • Experience working with tenant accounts, rent collection, billing, or financial records is a plus.
      • Experience with Excel spreadsheets and tracking information is strongly preferred.

You should be comfortable speaking with tenants who may be behind on their obligations without taking difficult conversations personally. Other Job Requirements Driver's License, H.S.
