What You Will Do:

Greet and qualify all walk-in and lot traffic in a professional, pressure-free manner Conduct test drives and walk customers through vehicle features and condition Coordinate with management to assist customers through pricing negotiation and financing Follow-up with customers post-sale to support retention and referrals Participate in the daily sales meeting and team process development sessions Other duties as assigned by the management
