This is a multifaceted role in a small, busy flooring showroom where you'll be the main point of contact for customers while also supporting marketing, operations, and follow-up tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom with product selection, questions, and a positive experience Answer phones, return customer calls, schedule appointments, and manage Google Calendar Make follow-up calls to customers and help support our referral program Occasionally visit local job sites (using your own reliable vehicle) to take high-quality photos Assist with social media content creation and posting using job site and showroom photos Use Google Workspace daily (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar), Asana for task management, and Square for payments Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom Show up on time with a friendly, energetic attitude and a willingness to learn and grow

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle Open weekend availability (including Saturdays) + flexible weekday hours (mornings and/or afternoons) Comfortable with technology — Google Workspace, Asana, Square, social media, and taking/editing photos Strong communication skills and a customer-first personality Reliable, punctual, and motivated to contribute in a small business environment This part-time role offers a great mix of customer interaction, light marketing, and operational support.
