Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in a rewarding direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring issues are resolved quickly and accurately. You'll play a critical role in supporting operations, managing service requests, and helping drive a positive customer experience. What You'll Do Respond to and manage incoming service requests related to material and delivery discrepancies. Provide outstanding customer service in a high-volume environment, ensuring timely, thorough, and professional communication. Research requests to understand issues and determine the appropriate resolution. Prioritize requests and escalate concerns when necessary. Coordinate material deliveries and accurately document customer interactions within tracking systems. Partner with Materials, Production, Logistics, and other internal teams to resolve issues and facilitate on-time deliveries. Maintain accurate records, document resolutions, and share best practices with teammates. Assist with reports and administrative tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of administrative experience. Customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven. Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-oriented culture. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
