Duties Accurately enter online orders into our system while verifying product details, quantities, and customer information to ensure flawless transactions Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products or services Assist customers in placing orders via phone or online platforms, guiding them through product selections and payment processes with clear communication Support client services by addressing customer concerns promptly, offering solutions, and escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat business Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer support, call center operations or related roles with a focus on phone communication and client interaction Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address customer issues swiftly and professionally Technical proficiency in using computer systems for order entry, client communication, and analysis of sales data Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional writing standards is essential
