Job Description

The City of Bangor- Bangor International Airport is seeking an Aviation Service Agent (Customer Service Representative)! This is a skilled, technical, and highly responsible position providing services for the airport's customers. Incumbent is responsible for maintaining aircraft services/scheduling software for the airport, coordinating aircraft arrivals/departures with required agencies and companies, arranging catering, hotel and car reservations, operating courtesy vehicle and daily customer service duties associated with flights coming into BGR. This position is responsible for servicing a variety of aircraft and frequently works independently. Please see the job description for additional information: Airport CSR Pay & Benefit Highlight This position's starting pay range is $18.66 to $25.08 per hour, based on skills and experience, and is hourly/non-exempt. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week. The schedule will be Wed - Sat 10pm - 8am. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package.
