WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Customer Support Clerk , you will serve as a point of contact for taxpayers and clients! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
In-Person Assistance:
Provide face-to-face support by answering questions, assisting with account-related concerns, and helping ensure accounts remain accurate and in good standing.
Phone Support:
Answer incoming phone calls, responding to questions and providing assistance related to tax accounts, payments, and general inquiries.
Tax Form Processing:
Process tax forms accurately and post payments to the appropriate accounts.
Account Maintenance:
Assist with reviewing, reconciling, and updating accounts based on information received from taxpayers, employers, clients, and other sources.

Full-time schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Location:
On-site in our Bangor, PA office Initial training: ~6 months fully in office
Flexibility:
After initial training, the role transitions to hybrid (office/home), however, additional in-office training rotations will be required (6-8 weeks at a time)

Requirements:
The successful candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a positive, team-oriented attitude, and has the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting productivity standards. High School Diploma or equivalent 0 - 6 months related experience and/or training Basic computer and keyboarding skills, with ability to learn multiple tax systems and databases Ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving skills Ability to sit for extended periods while performing duties
