Job Description

Goodwin Motor Group is hiring a Service Advisor for our brand-new Chevrolet location. In this customer-facing role, you'll greet guests, listen to their vehicle concerns, and translate needs into accurate repair orders. You'll coordinate with technicians, explain recommended services and timelines, and keep customers updated throughout the visit. You'll review inspections, prioritize safety and maintenance work, and clearly present pricing and options. Responsibilities Greet service customers and identify vehicle concerns and maintenance needs. Write and update repair orders accurately in the dealership system. Communicate with technicians to review findings and recommended repairs. Explain services, pricing, and repair timelines clearly to customers. Schedule service appointments and manage daily work flow. Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and review multi-point inspection results. Upsell maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs and safety. Coordinate warranty and recall work according to manufacturer guidelines. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle concerns promptly. Process payments and close out repair orders accurately.
