Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our client's customers, providing exceptional support through various communication channels. Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
