Manage client communication efficiently, ensuring timely responses and positive interactions. Utilize office management tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and productivity software to track customer information and support data entry tasks. Maintain organized filing systems, update client records, and handle administrative duties with accuracy. Assist with front desk operations, including greeting visitors, managing appointments through calendar management, and handling phone etiquette professionally. Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to ensure accurate financial recordkeeping. Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and supporting office procedures to enhance overall productivity. Qualifications Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or customer service roles with a focus on clerical duties. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and data entry skills. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with an emphasis on phone etiquette and client interaction. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and office equipment is preferred. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment. Experience with technical proficiency tools such as QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus. Previous experience in roles like medical or dental receptionist, personal assistant, or similar positions involving calendar management and client communication is advantageous.
