About Us We are a fast-paced appliance repair center dedicated to delivering top-tier service. Our team keeps households running smoothly. We pride ourselves on resolving customer issues with efficiency, accuracy, and genuine empathy. We are looking for a dedicated team member to join our front-office staff and help manage our daily operations. Job Summary As our Customer Support & Scheduling Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and the critical link to our field technicians. This fast-paced role requires an energetic, organized individual who can balance high-volume customer service with precise data entry and logistics.
What You Will Do Customer Care:
Answer incoming calls with a warm, happy, and energetic personality.
Empathy & Patience:
Listen to stressed customers with appliance issues and provide reassurance.
Data Collection:
Capture accurate model numbers, serial numbers, names, addresses, and billing information.
Warranty Verification:
Screen and verify details for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty customers.
Dispatching:
Schedule and optimize daily routes for field service technicians.
Accountability:
Follow through on every customer case from the initial call to successful repair completion.
What We Are Looking For Tech Savvy:
Fast and proficient with Windows, MS Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
Fast Learner:
Ability to quickly master proprietary scheduling and repair software.
Sharp Mind:
Exceptional memory and organizational skills to handle moving parts simultaneously.
Communication:
Naturally outgoing, pleasant, and professional phone presence.
Work Ethic:
Patient under pressure, hardworking, and deeply dedicated to customer satisfaction.
Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 4 years in a customer service role.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Benefits & Perks Comprehensive health benefits package. Two (2) weeks of paid vacation per year. Paid personal days off. Immediate start date available.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
