• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with warranty policies, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Responsibilities:

• Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with customers regarding warranty issues and resolutions
• Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and repairs
• Coordinate warranty repairs with service technicians and vendors
• Monitor warranty parts inventory and order supplies as needed
• Assist in developing and implementing warranty policies and procedures

• Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
