Customer Service & Sales Representative Ironwood West Michigan Group | Battle Creek, MI Are you someone who enjoys meeting new people, solving customer needs, and working in an active team environment? Ironwood West Michigan Group is growing our Battle Creek team and is looking for a full-time Customer Service & Sales Representative . In this role, you'll work directly with customers in person, provide product and service information, answer questions, and help create an excellent overall customer experience. We are looking for motivated individuals who bring strong people skills and a willingness to learn. Whether your background is in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, or sales, many of those skills can transfer directly into this position. A Typical Day May Include Greeting and engaging customers Asking questions to better understand customer needs Providing information about products, services, and current promotions Helping customers compare available options Recommending solutions based on individual customer needs Delivering professional and friendly customer service Building rapport and creating a positive customer experience Working toward customer service and sales goals Learning new products and services through ongoing training Collaborating with teammates and leadership throughout the day Previous Experience We Value Your experience doesn't have to come from the exact same industry.
