Many Bidets has been helping people upgrade their bathrooms since 2013, long before bidets were cool. We're a small, remote, founder-run team of about 10, and we take pride in giving customers the kind of patient, knowledgeable support they can't get from a big-box store. We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to join that team. PAY & BENEFITSBase pay is $15/hour. On top of that, every rep shares in a commission pool tied to company sales, think profit sharing, not individual quotas. That has typically brought total pay to around $20/hour in slow months and around $25/hour in strong ones. When the team wins, you win. Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support customers by phone, email, and live chat, helping them choose the right bidet seat, troubleshoot installs, and manage orders. Solve problems with initiative and creativity. No scripts; you're trusted to find solutions that fit the customer. Communicate clearly about our products, policies, and services. Handle sensitive topics with care. Many customers share personal health concerns. Compassion and confidentiality are non-negotiable. Share what you're hearing, customer insights, recurring issues, and ideas for improvement. Keep learning the product line so you can help customers faster and better.
WHO YOU ARE
Genuinely enthusiastic about helping people and doing it well. Positive and hard-working, you bring energy to your work, even on rough days. A strong communicator, in writing and on the phone. Adaptable, you think on your feet and adjust to each customer. Self-starting, you spot needs and act instead of waiting to be told. Reliable working remotely and managing your own day. Product knowledge is trainable. If you have the drive and the attitude, apply even if you don't have every skill yet.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Selfless. Treat teammates the way you'd want to be treated. When it's slow, take your share of the early outs. When it's hectic, share the load, knowing they'll do the same for you. Accountable. Own your mistakes and help fix them instead of passing blame. Gracious. Give others grace when they slip up. We'd rather have a supportive team than a perfect one.
