Duties Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns to accurately document service needs Prepare detailed repair orders using estimating software, including mechanical diagnostics and recommended repairs such as brakes, transmissions, oil changes, alignments, suspension, tire services, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and collision repairs Communicate effectively with technicians regarding vehicle issues and repair progress Upsell additional services and maintenance based on customer needs while ensuring transparency and trust Manage cash handling procedures accurately during payment transactions Maintain clear client communication throughout the repair process to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty Utilize automotive diagnostics tools and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating systems to generate precise estimates Help order/pick up parts, and assist in inventory management Skills Proven experience in service based management or as a service technician with strong mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with estimating software and automotive repair procedures including oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, tire services, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and collision repair Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Ability to sell services confidently while maintaining integrity and customer trust Knowledge of dealership operations and auto estimating processes is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cash handling and record keeping Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving various vehicle types preferred Embark on a rewarding career where your automotive expertise fuels exceptional customer experiences! $53,760.00 - $76,800.00 per year
