Job Summary We're looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking team member to join our front counter staff. This is a tipped position with a fast paced work environment and a variety of responsibilites, including helping customers, handling transactions, preparing orders and assisting the kitchen. We're looking for someone who wants a long-term position and is willing to stay with us through the winter and into our busy summer season . What you'll do: Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service Take orders in person and over the phone Accurately enter orders and answer customer questions Cash customers out and process cash, credit/debit, and other transactions Properly handle and manage money Scoop & serve ice cream Work the cut table - cut pizzas, box orders, check orders for accuracy, and hand orders out to customers Prepare dressings & other food items Assist the kitchen with food prep when neccessary Keep the front counter, dining area, work areas and other areas of the restaurant clean and organized Complete opening and closing duties Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures Help wherever needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly What we're looking for: Reliable and dependable attendance Friendly and positive attitude Comfortable interacting with customers Good communication skills Able to handle money and transactions accurately Able to multitask and stay organized during busy periods Willingness to learn and help wherever needed Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person What we offer: Hourly pay + tips Flexible schedule Training provided Friendly, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for continued employment through the winter and into summer Opportunity to learn multiple areas of restaurant operations A chance to become part of a locally owened business that has been serving our community for years We are looking to hire quickly!
