Overview We are looking to expand our team at The UPS Store and are looking for friendly, reliable team members who enjoy helping people and working in a fast-paced environment. This is a locally owned franchise and we want to build a serious team that also likes to have fun! If you like staying busy, solving problems, and interacting with customers all day—this is a great fit. What You'll Do Help customers ship packages (UPS, Amazon returns, etc.) Pack items securely and professionally Assist with printing, copying, and basic document services Operate point-of-sale system and handle transactions Answer phones and provide excellent customer service Keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly What We're Looking For Strong customer service skills (retail or food service experience is a plus) Friendly, positive attitude Reliable and on time Problem solving skills are a must! Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment No experience required—we'll train you Ages 16+ are welcome to apply Position Specific Notes 10-15 hours a week to start, possibility to grow Need flexibility to work additional hours during peak season (Thanksgiving to Christmas) Mid day shift, likely around 10am
