Retail Associate / Customer Service Representative The UPS Store We're growing and looking for a reliable, customer-focused team member to join our busy retail location!
Position Overview:
As a Retail Associate, you'll assist customers with a variety of services including shipping, packaging, printing, mail handling, and returns. This is a fast-paced role where delivering excellent customer service is key.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Amazon and Happy Returns Assist customers with UPS shipping and packaging services Package items safely and efficiently Handle printing and document services Sort and manage incoming/outgoing mail Process returns and provide general customer support Maintain a clean, organized workspace
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift 50+ pounds Reliable transportation ( Driver License)

PM Compensation:
