Customer Service/Sales Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SalesTeam Member to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our internal and external sales operate smoothly and efficiently while providing high-quality food service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to food safety and hygiene standards. This job will be 16-20 hours per week and will receive a base salary in addition to commission-based pay. Hours are based on performance. Responsibilities Responsible for in person sales and customer service. You are the first person the customer sees and is greeted by. Positive attitude and smiling is a must. Responsible for external sales - supermarket tastings, relationships with restaurants and catering sales. Maintaining and building relationships with leaders, managers and bakery leads to ensure continued stocking, high quality products and a constant local and store presence. Qualifications

MUST HAVE

afternoon and Saturday availability and a flexible weekly schedule. Sales Experience is a plus Must have a positive, outgoing and upbeat personality. Previous experience in a kitchen is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for baking and/or willingness to learn new cooking techniques. Must have a valid drivers license Must have transportation Must be able to pass a background check as well as drug test Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
