Spirit Ford is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Mobile Service Coordinator to join our growing Service Department! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with customers, making calls, staying organized, and keeping things moving. The Mobile Service Coordinator will focus on scheduling and coordinating our Mobile Service and Pick-Up & Delivery programs, while also helping customers stay up to date on routine maintenance and recalls.

Job Duties Include:

Making outgoing calls to customers to schedule service appointments Schedule and coordinate Mobile Service appointments Arrange vehicle Pick-Up & Delivery for customers who need service Contact customers regarding open recalls, oil changes, routine maintenance, and recommended services Writing up repair orders for services needed by customers Follow up with customers who are due for service Coordinate schedules between customers, technicians, drivers, and the Service Department Maintain accurate customer and appointment information Help maximize available Mobile Service and Pick-Up & Delivery appointments Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the scheduling process Follow up with customers after appointments when appropriate Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Department to ensure a smooth customer experience The ideal candidate is: Outgoing and comfortable talking on the phone Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Organized and able to manage multiple appointments and priorities Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Confident communicating with customers Reliable and dependable Detail-oriented and good at following up Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software Able to work independently while also being part of a team Previous automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required At Spirit Ford, we believe the service experience is just as important as the vehicle itself.
