We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our sales department, ensuring our customer needs are met. Responsibilies:

Engage with current and potential candidates to meet their needs in a professional and gracious manner utilizing a variety of communication methods such as email and by phone. Problem solve customer concerns in a timely manner meeting company expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with manufacturing and other key areas within the organization to ensure customer expectations are met within manufacturing capabilities. Lead research into order status inquiries including inventory, lead times, expedited orders, samples, and pricing requests including communicating information to the customer. Collaborate with Sales on customer experiences ensure highest customer satisfaction is maintained. Experience /

Education:

One to two years customer service experience in manufacturing. Associate degree preferred. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening skills) Experience with ERP system preferred. Working knowledge of MS Office products High level of professionalism and unwavering confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining organized and mindful of deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to travel occasionally.
