Registered Client Service Associate | Series 7 & 66
Schedule client meetings and manage advisor calendars.
Support Financial Advisors with daily administrative and operational responsibilities.
Process client account paperwork, financial transactions, expense reports, and account maintenance requests accurately and efficiently.
Open new client accounts and research client and investment information using internal systems.
Review all documentation for accuracy and compliance prior to submission and follow through until completed.
Prepare client correspondence, reports, presentations, and other supporting documentation.
Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system.
Assist with seminars, client appreciation events, and marketing initiatives.
Enter trade orders at the direction of Financial Advisors, when appropriate.
Work collaboratively with internal team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
Participate in ongoing training to remain current on industry regulations, firm policies, and best practices. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required. Candidates must be fully licensed to be considered.1 or more years of experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, brokerage, insurance, mortgage lending, or a related client service environment preferred.
Experience supporting Financial Advisors or investment professionals is highly desirable.
Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Experience in using CRM software or similar client management systems preferred. Preferred Skills Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and securities industry practices.
Experience processing financial documentation and client account transactions.
Ability to research account information and resolve client issues professionally.
Self motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

The Financial Services Client Service Associate serves as a key member of the team by providing administrative, operational, and client service support while ensuring an outstanding client experience.
