Get in on the action. Email us today and set up an interview. Responsibilities Greet customers professionally at the front desk, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Speed to lead is key Manage phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously. Handle data entry tasks using Acculynx CRM, Google Workspace, and other computer tools to maintain accurate records. Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and basic office management duties. Support clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and maintaining organized records. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and effectively via phone or in person. Perform administrative support including copying, faxing, and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold proper phone etiquette at all times. Support office operations by managing supplies, organizing files, and ensuring smooth daily workflow. Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and effective communication abilities. Experience with phone systems and front desk operations. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs. Knowledge of office management procedures including filing, data entry, and calendar management. Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records. Familiarity with clerical tasks such as typing quickly and accurately while managing time effectively. Previous office or administrative experience is preferred, especially in medical or dental reception settings or as a personal assistant.
