Duties:

• Take customers orders and prepare all orders accurately
• Work in a fast paced work environment
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow company policies and procedures for customer service

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
