Position Details:

Provide support to licensed agents in day-to-day operations Assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, and general service needs Maintain client records and ensure accurate documentation Deliver excellent customer service with a professional, friendly attitude

Requirements:

Must be currently licensed or willing to obtain a license Strong communication and organizational skills Prior experience in insurance or customer service is a plus

Compensation & Perks:

Starting pay: $17-$20/hour, based on experience, plus opportunities for additional compensation. Licensing costs reimbursed after 90 days of employment Opportunities for advancement within the agency Supportive, team-oriented work environment
