Qualfon is seeking a Licensed Property & Casualty Agent to support technology-driven insurance programs for major brands. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide consultative guidance on P&C coverages, quote and bind policies, and service existing accounts using modern CRM and carrier platforms. You'll operate within a global BPO environment that values people-first leadership, continuous learning, and long-term careers. You will be responsible for meeting performance metrics while maintaining strict compliance with state regulations and client standards. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to quote, bind, and service Property & Casualty policies for Qualfon client brands. Explain coverages, options, and exclusions in clear, compliant language to customers. Use CRM and carrier platforms to document interactions, process changes, and maintain accurate records. Meet or exceed performance metrics for quality, sales conversion, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Ensure adherence to state insurance regulations, client procedures, and data security standards. Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to share best practices and support a people-first culture. Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product, technology, and regulatory updates. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities aligned with customer needs and client guidelines.
