Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and voice of our organization, providing exceptional support to clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring each customer feels valued and heard Assist clients via phone, email, and in person by addressing questions, resolving issues, and providing product or service information Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating client information in spreadsheets and customer management software such as QuickBooks Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and coordinating calendar management tasks Support office management activities by organizing files, proofreading documents, and performing clerical duties with attention to detail Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Google Workspace) for document creation, spreadsheet management, and communication purposes Demonstrate strong organizational skills by prioritizing tasks effectively to enhance productivity and ensure timely follow-up Requirements Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles within an office environment; office management or administrative experience is highly valued Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and data entry software like QuickBooks Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, clerical procedures, filing systems, and office equipment such as photocopiers and scanners Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times Experience with medical or dental receptionist duties or personal assistant roles is advantageous but not required Demonstrated time management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure Join us as a Customer Service Representative where your enthusiasm for helping others will shine!
