Job Description
This is where you'll excel
- Answers phone calls for customer issues
- Resolves customer complaints, refers issues to qualified individuals
- Issues service parts to fulfil customer orders
- Provides immediate technical assistance and troubleshooting support via telephone to customers and Field Service Technicians. These are the skills you'll need
- High school diploma or GED
- Degree appropriate for the position or other equivalent training or experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain positive composure in stressful situations
- Demonstrated knowledge of industrial controls, electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Previous experience with an MRP system and Microsoft Office Suite
