Technical Support and New Customer Development Technician Holly, MI An opening at the corporate office in Holly, Michigan for a Technical Support and New Customer Development Technician to work with field staff, programmers, and customer IT to set up and support custom programs. This person must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision while managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet deadlines. This position requires strong organizational and analytical skills as well as excellent written communication skills. Attention to detail is a must, as well as a proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. You will be trained to use our custom program design scripting to be used in handheld data collection devices.
