We are looking for highly organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented professionals to join our in-office team and be the voice of our agency. This isn't a mindless, read-from-a-script call center job. You will be a licensed insurance professional, helping our customers navigate their auto and home policies, solving complex billing issues, and providing peace of mind when they need it most. What You'll Do Be the
Hero:
Answer inbound calls from existing customers regarding their auto and home insurance policies, coverage questions, and billing inquiries.Process Changes:
Accurately update customer accounts, process payments, and modify coverages using our agency management systems.Protect & Advise:
Identify gaps in a customer's coverage (like noticing they have an auto policy with us, but no home or renters insurance) and smoothly warm-transfer them to our sales floor. You are the first line of defense in ensuring they are fully protected.Retain & Educate:
De-escalate stressed customers with a calm, friendly demeanor and educate them on the value of their coverage.Who We Are Looking For The Empath:

You are observant. You can spot an opportunity to help a customer get better coverage and feel completely comfortable recommending they speak with one of our agents.The Organizer:

You have thick skin, remain calm under pressure, and don't take frustrated customers personally.The Professional:
You have prior customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or office settings are all welcome).Note:
You must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license (we will guide you through the process).Perks & Compensation Predictable Income:
