Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, reliable and detailed Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers via phone, email and in person with professionalism Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls Provide accurate information about products and services, assisting customers with inquiries Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks General Accounting experience in Quickbooks preferred Support office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document proofreading Assist with clerical duties like filing, photocopying, and preparing correspondence to streamline daily operations Support general administrative task as needed in a small-office environment Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and data entry software such as QuickBooks Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, including experience with multi-line phone systems and client interaction Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks independently Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Pay:
