PMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilities Respond to incoming/outbound calls and emails regarding billing, certificates of insurance, and general inquiries. Process a high volume of Certificate of Insurance and ID card requests within service-level timelines. Perform outreach calls for new business, renewals, and customer satisfaction checks. Assist with mailbox indexing, First-Party Collections outreach, and returned mail processing.

Qualifications Experience:

2+ years of customer service experience required; prior experience in Commercial Rating or Agency Customer Service is preferred.

Education:

College degree preferred, but not required.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in navigating and operating proprietary software and online databases.
