AT&T Customer Associate:
Engage with customers to deliver outstanding support and solutions. Assist clients with account inquiries, billing questions, service upgrades, and troubleshooting issues. Promote and recommend products or services tailored to customer needs to enhance satisfaction and sales. Maintain professional communication skills to ensure clear and positive interactions. Help customers with any account related issues and troubleshoot. Experience High school diploma; 18 years of age. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates with fluency in English plus additional languages are encouraged to apply.
