Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The ideal candidate will assist customers by answering questions, resolving complaints, providing product or service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally Make outbound calls to customers when required Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies Document customer interactions in the system Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments Meet performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction Maintain confidentiality of customer information Follow company procedures and communication guidelines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal communication skills Strong listening and problem-solving abilities Basic computer knowledge and typing skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good customer service and interpersonal skills Previous call center or customer service experience is a
